I signed up for the free trial period and got charged. Can you refund and cancel my subscription?

Per our Terms & Conditions, trial users must notify Mirren at least 5 business days before their trial expires to cancel without incurring a monthly subscription fee. If you did not provide your cancellation notice to Account Services in advance, you will be charged for your first month.
