Can I change subscription tiers?

Yes, the admin on your account can change the subscription tier.

• Log in to your account.

• Click on the arrow in the top right to open a drop-down menu.

• Select "Account."

• Navigate to the "Subscriptions" tab.

• Select "Change Plan", and view the various options based on your agency staff size.
