How do I update the credit card we're using for our subscription?

The account Admin is the only person who can update credit card details.

  • To check who the Admin is, go to your "Account" and select the “Team Members” tab; the Admin person will be visible.
  • If you are the Admin, you can navigate to the “Subscriptions” tab and select “Update Billing” to update the credit card information.
  • Alternatively, Mirren can send the Admin a secure credit card update form.
  • Notify us at Account Services if you need this form.
