I canceled my subscription and saw a new charge. Can you refund?
- If you, as the admin, self-canceled your account at least 5 days before your upcoming subscription invoice, or if you emailed Account Services at least 5 days in advance, you may be eligible for a refund, provided sufficient notice was given.
- To request a refund, please email Account Services with the details, the date you canceled your subscription, and any supporting documents, such as the email you may have sent to the Mirren team.
- A Mirren team member will then contact you.
