I can't access the live training webinar. Can you help?
- Complimentary access to Live Training Webinars is available to Premium and All Access subscribers.
- Those at the Starter tier can access webinars for a small fee, or the account admin can upgrade to Premium or All Access. The admin needs to log into their Account and navigate to the "Subscriptions" tab, click on "Change Plan", then use the drop-down arrow to locate either the Premium or All Access plan and click on "Select Plan" and follow the corresponding steps.

Premium and All Access Subscribers:
- Ensure you're logged in to your active Mirren account.
- In advance of the live webinar go to the left side nav bar and click on "Live Training Webinars", select the date of the session you want to attend and click, "Yep, add me."
- This creates your registration and will trigger an automated confirmation email (save this email information) and a calendar invite.
- On the day of the webinar, follow the instructions in the confirmation email to log in to the session.
- Log in about 5 minutes before the session, and you will be admitted when the host is ready.
- If you're still unable to access the webinar after the scheduled start time, please email Account Services for help.
To view your subscription tier:
- Log in to your account.
- In the top-right corner, click the arrow to open a drop-down menu.
- Select "Account."
- Navigate to the "Subscriptions" tab in your account; it will show either Starter, Premium, or All-Access.
